You stay in control of support access
SitesLogix staff cannot silently enter a customer workspace. Access is tied to a named staff account, a specific organization, an explicit scope, and a hard expiration.
Customer-initiated access
An organization owner can open Company Settings → Support Access, describe what they need help with, choose read-only or read-and-write access, and select a duration from four to 72 hours. The owner can revoke the grant immediately at any time.
Staff-requested access
Support may send a request with a written reason, scope, and expiration. The organization owner sees the pending request in SitesLogix and receives an email. No access opens unless the owner approves it.
Visible support mode
Support staff act as themselves, never by impersonating a customer user. Every screen carries a non-dismissible banner showing the organization, scope, and time remaining. Read-only grants block mutations at the request and database layers.
Audit and expiration
Every support-mode request and action is recorded in the platform audit. Customer-facing history shows who requested access, who granted it, why, its scope, and when it ended. Grants hard-expire even if a browser remains open.
Break-glass access
Only the SitesLogix platform owner may use emergency access, and only for fraud, legal, abuse, or security incidents. It requires a typed reason, is distinctly flagged, notifies the organization owner, appears in their history, and can be revoked immediately. There is no silent emergency path.
